we've been there and to the dog beach 2 miles south ( the two beaches are on either side of the nuclear power plant. nude north and dog south .
The beach was sandy. Waves typical for the treasure coast ranging from mild to good raft riding waves. Usually not to bad unless a storm.
They do have grass/sand parking and Port a potties. No chairs or food. The dog south of the nuke plant beach had a real bathroom and a shelter and a snack vendor.
