Lime just changed its prepaid rates a couple weeks ago. This link shows the new rates. No longer free roaming but stil good rates. .39 US per minute roaming. Note that if you add a 30 day package it is in EC$ and minutes can be used to call long distance to US or Canada. Buying a package cuts the per minute cost. This new fee scedule is a little confusiong at first read.

I just ordered a Lime card good anywhere in the Caribbean, you can pick your home base when you order the card - i.e. Grenada...free roaming in the Caribbean, free incoming calls & texts, no contract.
