Just got a call from diamond. No MF this year and no special assessment. They are refunding the MF I prepaid to my cc. They don't know if there will be any for 2019 as they might be able to open January 2019 if construction that they already started goes as planned. If they can open for 2019 I'll gladly pay. I keep hearing 2020 (just got off the phone with them) sure hope you are right on 2019.
