As tradeiwnds said the boat also needs a licence. We chartered with Dream Yacht and their boats are not licensed as fishing vessels - cue one disappointed fisherman! I'm surprised they aren't licensed. We had a boat in the DYC fleet before Irma and it was licensed. They even had it posted inside the boat. It was my understanding that they were licensing all of their boats. I guess things have changed post Irma.
