Out two charters with Horizon gave me the impression of a very professional operation. The boats were emaculate.
One rule to remember is NEVER allow a corrogated cardboard box on the boat. Unpack them on the dock and carry the contents aboard after inspection. The glue used in cardboard boxes is a roach delicacy and the corrogations give ideal shelter to the young ones.
