Just returned last night from the 10 day panama canal trip on the new coral princess. it was wonderful. we had great weather, the ship was lovely, the food delicious and the crew fantastic. We had a balcony cabin on the Dolphin deck 9 center. It was actually a mini suite as are alot of their cabins on this ship. We stopped in Montego Bay, Limon, Costa Rica, went thru Gatun Locks in the Canal and then Aruba. We had personal choice dining which gave us flexibility on when and where to dine. We spent most of our dinners in the Bordeaux dining room at table 60 with Victor as our waiter. It was a table for 4, we were with friends, and Victor was the best we have ever had. We had so much fun. The meals were first rate, lobster, prime rib, rack of lamb, fish, pastas, shrimp and so much more. Victor always directed us to the best choices. There was also an Italian upscale and New Orleans style restaurant. 3 pools plus a spash pool. The main one was with all the action, another one was under a retractable roof, with nice wood deck lounges and alot of greenery. The one in the back was least crowded and the most quiet. 2 different night club type places for shows and a dance club where they also did karaoke and other fun activities.<br>also had a grill, pizza parlor and ice cream shop(extra) by the pools. 24 hour buffet and room service. Could not have asked for a better vacation, a good combo of relaxation and activities.
