West End has no ferry service to St Thomas. Only boats can check in and out there. You can also check in and out at Great Harbor. Last time we went from Great Harbor to St John we even checked out the day before we left so we didn’t have to wait until they opened at 8:30. That’s our plan again later this week. BVI Customd is ok with doing that.
