I guess if the marina conditions haven't changed much, them moving to Scrub makes sense. I would also imagine it isn't a permanent move, but probably a move until things improve elsewhere? After all, Scrub's occupancy may be down as well so this would be added and consistent revenue for them. Odds are charter guests will not only provision at the market, but eat at their restaurants at the start and/or end of the trip.
