And do you leave the crust on? Good questions. 1/2 inch cubes of bread take up a lot of room in a measuring cup so just one loaf will do with the crust removed. :} Thanks that was what I was thinking and assuming you don't pack the cup when measuring. Thanks will give it a try. Love bread pudding.
