I think all who knew it totally loved the Paradise Cafe. My girls were still pretty young at that time and loved to sit in the ‘throne’ chairs. I always enjoyed the parrots on the porch who seemed to spend more time on top of their cage than in it, along with the waiters who seemed the happiest bunch of waiters on the island. Some nights, probably when the owner/manager wasn’t there (?) they would get so into their music and literally dance your meals to the table. Ah, for the good old days......
