Just talked to Kevin Campbell. Grand Cru & Fresh Bistro are both open. Oceana is supposed to open on July 10th. Not sure how often Kevin gets over to Yacht Haven Grande but for sure both places are closed, I am not sure Oceana has established a firm opening date yet.
