I have no insight into commercial rental rates on Sint Maarten, but the cost of a rent priced in NAf is less concerning than the cost of a rent priced in USD. Still, if you can save a few 100K NAf, that’s worth looking into, but they must also look into the cost of making the new space “suitable” for the MPs.
