If I understand your post, you are planning on jogging at night in SXM. Totally apart from the question of the temperature, a single woman jogging at night in SXM is NOT a good idea. No worries. My mom and/or my boyfriend will be with me at all times. Not to be alarmist, but you may not have heard about the man and his daughter out walking in Maho around 11 PM. The father was shot and killed. Just don't do it.
