I’ve had problems on more than one occasion with the JB website. Call them and they will handle the booking for you at no charge and even make certain you get the on-line booking points if You’re using a JB cc and their site is the problem. Just went through this a day or so after Christmas and they couldn’t have been more helpful. The only problem I had was not wanting to wait on hold for twelve+ minutes but it was more than worth it in the end.
