We've been going to SXM and mostly Grand Case for over 40 years and never had a rsvp problem. But, then again, we don't do it by email: either via phone or in person. When we stay in GC we walk the street upon arrival and stop to make all our rsvp's.

Next trip make sure you go to Orient and especially dine in the restaurants in Orient Village. They are now giving GC a run for the money.

LTC hotel DID recently sell and hopefully renovations and other improvements will be made should you consider a return. It was bought by the owners of Sol e Luna, a great 5 star restaurant in Cul de Sac, that also offers rooms. We've stayed there and all their rooms are elegantly appointed. So hopefully they'll do the same for LTC. Sol is the first right off the road you entered yo make the left to go to Anse Marcel.

Glad to hear you enjoyed your meal at Le Pressoir because it had been one of our favorite places but then we heard it had sold. Found out it too was bought by Sol e Luna.

Thanks for giving a heads up about the music at nearby Rainbow. We'd probably pass on LTC because of that. We usually stay at Grand Case Beach Club very quiet, beachfront, elegant grounds and rooms, parking, pool. Easy walk down the blvd. It's up the road from that purfumerie you went to. John there is truly a dear man. Glad you enjoyed it.
