Off topic I know but......
We are/were scheduled to come home to JFK on JB on 4/30 on a non-refundable ticket but got an email today saying our flight was cancelled and we were rebooked on a flight two days later. Not acceptable since we probably won’t be there but the options for canceling the new reservation don’t give me an option to cancel for a full refund to my credit card. I’m assuming JB has to refund in like kind to the manner the tickets were purchased, and I really don’t want a big travel bank credit. AA told me they refund payment in full when they cancel the flight as in this situation but they didn’t say if it was law or policy and I didn’t think to ask. Does anyone know JB’s actual policy on this?
Respectfully,
pat
