But just wondered if the DOT refund statement also applies to Air Anguilla services and can use that when emailing them? I cannot imagine it would, however if Anguilla is a member of the EU, you might be in a better position to try for a refund. From Google: If your flight has been cancelled or delayed you have the right to compensation under European law. Under EU Regulation 261/2004, passengers are entitled to up to €600 (£534) in compensation when their flight lands at their destination more than three hours late. EU Regulation 261 does not apply to Anguilla. Do you know what aviation authority they come under?
