So 10 days later here are the stats between NYC and West Chester just to the north
NYC: 131,661 infected cases; 13,202 deaths or 10.03%
West Chester; 22,476 infected cases; 668 Deaths or 2.97%
10 days is along time for things to normalize, but will look a few weeks from now
