Pretty sure I've posted this before, but on April 15 the premier made a statement and it was published in the link below. In short, Phase 2 of the BVI reopening started on June 2 (or maybe June 1) and allows people with resident status to enter with conditions at the Beef Island airport only. According to the statement, that will be the entry status for 3 months so until something different is stated, I'd plan around that.
