Louise--Delta is REQUIRED to give you your money back if they significantly change your flight and obviously switching to a connecting flight is a significant change. So, that part of the equation is a given, if you decide you want to bail on the flight. As to whether the nonstop will be reinstated, that takes a crystal ball that none of us has, at this point.
