As Sail2wind mentioned, St John anchorages inside the national park are closed. That means that you are not allowed to use the moorings, beaches or anchor in those areas. The Coral Bay area is outside the park system. Should the government still be shutdown when you get here, CYOA staff will provide you with alternatives. I believe Buck Island on St Croix is a national monument so it may be closed too. Perhaps others here have first hand knowledge of it's current status.
