They Barrycaded the main entrances of the National Parks, but I noticed a lot of civil disobedience in terms of people slipping into the parks at more obscure and out-of-the-way locations... such as Red Rocks NP. Our helicopter landed in the Indian Reservation on the west side of the canyon (Sundance Helicopter Tours). Sundance has a deal with the Indians apparently. So since we were not going into a US NP our tour didn't get cancelled.
