Interesting information, at least in the title, Scubaman! LOL. I'm not sure what details are in the actual article. Unfortunately, the link now says the "Daily Herald" website is down for several days for some necessary maintenance. I will be very interested to read what it has to say later.
I can't say I'm surprised by the record-low occupancy. The island has been particularly hard-hit by the lockdown and exclusion of tourists for several months. It is especially bad timing, coming just after the island was finally starting to recover from the impact of Irma. At the same time, I think bookings at many resorts and hotels throughout the world are probably also at all-time lows.
We can only hope that the situation starts to improve sooner rather than later!
