Once again, great reports. I am especially appreciative for the manicou report as I had first heard of this critter dinner when Anthony Bourdain visited SVG and I wondered what it was like. Thanks to your vivid description, I now know and will never be tempted to give it a try. In baseball parlance, I guess Dan gets credit for a "save" by ordering the chicken.
