I have an all-in-one HP printer but on a practice run I keep getting a message "scanner cannot locate computer". Neither of us is computer savvy.


If it is a wired connection, disconnect and try starting over with your computer finding the all-in-one. If it is a blue tooth connection/wireless, you may have to reconnect if there has been a password change for your system/router or if it was disconnected. It can be frustrating but it is not all that hard to work through a reconnection.
