Never seen any appeal to that property. Always been a problem location for the past 25 years I’ve been going to sxm. Lots of honest people have lost a lot money from one scam after the next. Might be a new company formed to distance from the latest failures of the last company but pretty sure it’s still the same principle owner. IMO.
