We enjoyed an excellent dinner at Bistrot Caraibes last night. Warm goat cheese and thinly sliced duck breast salad, lobster bisque, scallops, lobster thermidor, a very nice bottle of Chardonnay. We also enjoyed a digestif and dessert—eau de vie (raspberry) followed bycreme brûlée, a very nice port followed by cheese plate.
