Nope, not a new rule. You just got lucky with an unobservant approver. I'm tempted to try the same. Wow....and we had 9 people use it going to EIS and on the way back out to SJU. So if they accept rapid antigen tests for vaccinated individuals then why would the EMED test not work? I have seen so many people using it on facebook forums for entry and exit. If I were you, I would try as well. It definitely passed for the BVI and PR portals for entry. BVI Concierge didn't say anything about it nor did the BVI Portal approver.
