When we were there last year the grounds were constantly being machetteed down as the growth occurs very fast.
There were ususally guys building materials for the next house ( doors etc. ) at the small carpernter's area off one of the local roads.
The roads were rough when we got there and the rental company advised we would need a high or 4x4 vehicle, especially if it rained as the underlying clay would get wet.
Diogene was there when we were there and he is the glue that keeps it going and he lives in the nearby villiage.
There were a couple living in the house next to us overlooking the pool ( Ken and ?? ) who used to be the management and had a pretty good insight into what was generally going on.
The houses are privately owned and many were occupied when we were there with committed owners.
I tried to check the web site and it appears to have been reduced and offers limited information and I had trouble finding who to contact - I wondered if it was having trouble.
Lets hope not as its a beautifull setting and could have great naturist potential with its open scenery and several walking paths.
