We have never had any problems streaming in the USVI using either our phones as hot spots or the boat's wifi. I would just make sure at least one person has a laptop in case you need something more sophisticated than a tablet or phone. When we are in the BVI it is a little more challenging due to the international TV blocks but I simply turn on my VPN and tell it to given me an IP that puts me back in Atlanta. If you are looking for a recommendation on VPN I have been using Witopia. We also had another die hard Georgia fan brought down a Firestick with his Dish network account tied to it on a BVI trip. Had a little trouble getting it to work since it did not have a VPN installed on it. Guessing it would work fine in the USVI. We were in the BVI over Thanksgiving and did not have any trouble streaming NFL Sunday Ticket via a tablet that had a VPN running.
