If you didn't read the original post it would help, but this now deserves its own thread. After being told that we had to not be in our villa between 9 and 5 today for housekeeping we spent the day at Porto Cupecoy which was wonderful and will be posting on that separately. We returned to our villa at Flamingo around 3:45 only to discover that our room had not been touched, so we figured that there was still time before 5 o'clock and went down to the pool for the end of happy hour and returned to our room at 5:15 and still nothing had been done. Then my wife went down to the front desk and they said sorry and we would send somebody now at 5:30 just as we need to shower and go out to dinner. My wife said not now and they would make an exception to the rule and what time tomorrow would you like us to come clean. Really!!! She asked to see the General Manager tomorrow and returned to our room with this. Yes we were out of toilet paper. Are you kidding me. This villa was not cheap for a month and this is our first week. I think I need a Caribe or 2.
