Oceans is the new high rise building that recently opened at Divi. It's hotel rooms not timeshare units and promoted as a more upscale space with hotel style amenities like robes. When full it will add a significant number of people to the beach, pools and restaurants. I'd guess that Divi will try to push its all inclusive option to those guests.
