If asking about Nisbet Plantation Inn on Nevis it closed down when Covid hit and hasn't reopened. About the same time their sister property, the Reefs in Bermuda, was attempting to refine itself as a time share resort but the units did not sell very well and contributed to a "cash crunch". That property also suffered from the downturn from Covid travel restrictions. With no money coming in at both properties the owners let the Nisbet property fell into disrepair. There's talk that the Nevis government is trying to assist the owners in working out terms with a lender to help ease the financial situation but so far those talks have been unsuccessful. The future of this property looks bleak as there is no good news on the financial horizon.
