Food at Emerald Beach was average at best in June BUT was convenient for our one night stay there. While at Emerald Beach we met the young couple who own the new Rum Shandy Cabana Bar in Frenchtown. While we didn't have time to eat there they were nice and very proud of their cooked from scratch menu.
