The Pinel occupancy permits have been extended through December 31, 2022. New bids are being accepted for new occupancy permits and must be submitted by 5 September 2022. Bidders may be the existing businesses on Pinel or new entities. The new occupancy permits will run for 6 years and become effective January 1, 2023. link to Pinel article concerning occupancy
