Kennys OP Traveler Joined: May 2002 Posts: 5,294	Hi Carol, The name of the restaurant is Rick and the Chef Owner name is Rick and they are originally from Hong Kong and lived in Las Vegas before coming to the Island. Very good food . Same shopping area and closer to Burger King side.
