You just can't fix stupid!!! As a former rider I will tell you. Riding those roads are dangerous enough with the sand that breezes across the pavement, let alone on wet oily ground is a bad mixture!! This kid, could have killed herself, or at least ended up in a wheelchair for life!! IMHO, when the police see them doing wheelies, they have to confiscate the bikes, for at least a month!! Second time, crush it!
