Steve,
It was very easy. They want you there pretty early to fill out customs paperwork, but are very friendly about it and helpful.
Boat left on time to Jost. Ride over was easy and we lined up at customs and it went pretty smoothly. Maybe 15 minutes.
Plenty of taxis to take where you wanted to go. Everyone was back at the appointed time to catch the ferry, so it left promptly. I think we pulled out at 3?
It was very smooth operation.
