We have eaten there twice, both times just ok. I can understand staff issues as it seems the entire Island needs more and properly trained staff. And real experienced Managers are few and far between on SXM Even in the USA some restaurants services still short staffed. If I had to pick one I would rather have good food even if the service was slow. Yes in that enclosed dining room it can get loud, we try to find a place on the water and more open air dining room.
