All departures are currently on the bottom floor of the airport. According to the airport's website, they are currently accepting bids for concessions for retail, restaurants, concessions, etc., and the bids won't close until May 1, 2023, so it looks to me it will be quite a while before the upstairs is ready to go.

Not much of interest there EXCEPT that I did notice there was an area supposedly for an executive lounge, which would be wonderful to have, once again. The website says "coming 2023", but we shall see.
