The Nautitech is kind of a screwy layout and has far less space overall. Some however really like the concept. Biggest downside is two heads verses four. You might also talk to Brent at Captains Compass. He has extremely good pricing on two Leopard 45’s. Same boat as the Moorings 4500 and comparable to the Lagoon with a better aft cockpit setup. G
