No. If the wind is out of the South, the South side can get sargassum. One of our trips last year the South side beaches as well as Charlotte Amalia harbor had sargassum. It is very hard to predict as it is extremely local - one beach may have it and another beach a few miles away may be clear. Also, it can change quickly - coming in one day and sometimes, if we're lucky, clearing out a day or two later.
