LesOlivers. Big mistake should have know better because it was previously Piazza Pascals and there are stairs with was not good for hubby. But the view is great. We even saw the Space X in the sky.
Dinner was $150. A bit high for what we had, sea bass a tiny bit that seemed lost on a plate with a small scoop of mashed potato. It was however delicious left us craving more! One glass Aperol spritz, one bottle water, 2glasses white wine,
Bistronome, another $150 but we tipped the chef and Chantal for a great job. Sparkling raspberry to start. We both had the cooked 7hour lamb served in a puffed up pastry like pot pie. A whoosh as we stuck our forks into it. Delicious, savory, carrots and sliced potato. Started with mushroom soup for Don and ginger leek for me. A bottle of Sancerre and one chocolate mousse unlike the usual pudding like consistency this was almost solid with crunchy bits I found out later were rice crispies. Delicious!
More to follow.
