Just not a big deal if you pay attention, I don't get all the fuss complaining about places that add and list it clearly on the check. THIS^^^^^^^ Leave extra 15-20% if you aren’t comfortable not leaving additional tip, leave extra 5 or leave nothing extra - not rocket science, you are on vacation. But leave it in cash.
