As far as Pollos Hermanos, it might have been the shredded chicken we had. It tasted awful and was very mushy, we didn’t care for the texture. I think we should have just ordered the regular roasted whole chicken. We won’t rule out a return visit to give them a second chance if it comes up, but with so many great restaurants to choose from, it may not be too soon. The blackout affected a lot of restaurants, so that MAY have had something to do with it. We really did enjoy Roma and plan to revisit them in November.
