Not sure why that article was not in the online DH. Sounds like the Collective' and the organization running it are having a p*ssing match. Collective' claims that they did not submit their application for funds timely and the organization says they did. The application will be formally presented to government on February 6 and if approved, would go thereafter to the Executive Council for final approval. Perhaps it will still happen.
