Yes the chairs are beat up. We normally see Chester there and get a blessing, but was told he was on vacation. I had the ribs there the first time based on reviews, but like many foods, different people have different preferences, I am a big fan of ribs, but to my taste buds, they were not so good. My assumption is that they were cooked an a grill . My favorite ribs are sous vide - normally I cook them at 152 F for 24 hours and they come out moist , plump and a bit of a chew, but pull clean from the bone. 2nd fave is cooked in a smoker at 225 for 6 to 7 hours - comes out more like bacon . Again, tastes are pretty personal , but I don't go to Mullet for the food , I go for the beach and the water.
