Swai is a fresh water river farmed catfish that is native to the Mekong River in S. Vietnam....... I'll take a hard pass on that. With what they charge they could afford to give you Grouper.
No disagreement here. I did have what appeared to be and tasted like grouper fingers one night at Skipjack's. They were not on the menu but were an appetizer special. I questioned the kind of fish and was told it was grouper.
