We visited Captain's on Thursday last week. Because it was "all-you-can-eat" night, it was very crowded. There was live entertainment (two guys singing over recorded music). We found the music good, but too loud for our taste.

The food was also good, but not great. Ribs were dry-rubbed and a bit too salty for me (did not stop me from eating!). The BBQ sauce was... meh.... nothing great. Kinda runny and lacked much flavor.

Service was sufficient. Two of us skipped lunch, and took advantage of the ribs special, and we were surprised that both the initial plate and the refill ribs were full slabs. So... guess what we had for lunch on Friday!

I might return on my next visit, but if I do, I'll arrive early enough to sit away from the amplifiers that the entertainers had set-up (sitting closer to the food truck is quieter).
