Wow, hope not true.
First dinner we ever had on Dutch side years ago. The new place is a modern building and a nice place for some city in the US, but not very tropical. We have been for Gelato, never for a meal in the new place. We always found a parking spot with staff help but it’s not super easy. The old roadside place was very visible and easy. Like all places had some issues, but I think the new place made it invisible to newbies and certainly didnt attract us for a meal.
I would go to a Topper’s restaurant somewhere else.
